Pricing

One-off upgrade: £299 per eligible property passport. There is no subscription. No additional fee to share the verification page. If we cannot issue your Shield after eligibility review, we refund in full within 5 business days. Prices are in pounds sterling, inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Does this prove legal ownership of my home?

No. Legal title and statutory registration sit with HM Land Registry and the law of conveyancing. The Property Identity Shield is a verification and identity reference for your Property Passport record, not proof of ownership of land or buildings.

Is this a "property NFT" I can sell?

No. It is an identity-only reference for your property passport, not a tradable home asset or speculative collectible. Wallet-to-wallet transfer is not enabled. Any future transfer model would be admin-mediated, not retail trading.

Does this replace HM Land Registry?

No. HM Land Registry remains the statutory register for title in England and Wales. The Property Identity Shield does not replace statutory registration or professional conveyancing.

What does the Property Identity Shield actually prove?

What can I show a buyer or agent?

You can share a link to your property passport with the Property Identity Shield visible, and a link to your dedicated verification page. Both confirm that the identity layer has been issued and recognised by Property Passport UK.

Is my personal data on the blockchain?

No. Public metadata is limited to public-safe verification fields. Your operational passport data stays in Property Passport UK. Sensitive personal data is not written on-chain.

Why use a blockchain at all?

A public chain lets anyone confirm a stable verification anchor without logging into our systems. We use it sparingly, for public identity and proof reference, not to replicate your whole file on-chain.

What is Arbitrum One?

Arbitrum One is a well-established Ethereum layer-2 network. Property Passport UK may use it to host the public identity reference because it is efficient and compatible with public Ethereum tooling. The product remains identity-only regardless of network.

Can I transfer the Shield to another wallet?

No. Unrestricted transfers are not part of this product. Any future transfer model would be admin-mediated and workflow-driven.

What happens if I do not get approved?

If we cannot issue your Shield after eligibility review, we refund the £299 in full within 5 business days. You can keep using your Property Passport as before.

Is this part of a wider product?

Yes. Property Passport Blockchain Verification is the first component of the Verified Property Passport Pack we are building.
