Mortgage offer matches the property address, price, and product you expect.
You have read material search results (not just “received”).
Survey recommendations are understood and, where needed, quoted for works.
If leasehold: years remaining, service charge, ground rent, and major works are clear.
Buildings insurance is lined up from exchange (or as your conveyancer advises).
Completion date works for your lender, removals, and any dependent sale.
Key Documents (title plan, replies to enquiries, protocol forms) are in one place.
Optional: you have a Property Passport view of the home for EPC, planning, and flood context.
