    Property Passport UK gives every plot a structured digital record containing the EPC, warranties, snagging history, planning consents, and any other documents the housebuilder uploads.     Upload the NHBC certificate and any other structural warranty PDFs to each plot. They are stored against the property record permanently and visible to the buyer once they claim the passport. The warranty stays with the property even when the home is later resold.

    Yes. At completion the housebuilder transfers the passport to the buyer, who claims ownership with one click. They inherit the full document history including the EPC, warranties, snagging records, and any other certificates uploaded during the build.

  • How does this work alongside our existing CRM?

    Property Passport UK is a record layer for the property itself, not a sales CRM. It complements your existing sales CRM (which tracks leads and reservations) by holding the per-plot data, documents, and warranty record. The two systems coexist; we are working on integrations with the major housebuilder CRMs.
