A single document, three registers
The title register is split so Stakeholders can scan class, ownership, and burdens quickly.
The three registers
Property Register describes what is registered, including tenure class and sometimes parcel notes.
Proprietorship Register identifies the owner class and contains proprietorship statements where relevant.
Charges Register lists mortgages, restrictive covenants, easements, and many leases by agreement.
When buying, compare all three with the title plan and your survey.
