Agents, conveyancers, and housebuilders are free because they seed the network with properties and transactions.

Claiming your property and managing your Property Passport is free. Owners can add a £299 Property Passport Blockchain Verification upgrade for a recognised on-chain identity reference. A transaction fee applies at the point of sale or remortgage — when the passport delivers its highest value.
