Frequently asked questions
- What is a Seller Readiness Report?
- An evidence-led preparation report. It combines your questionnaire answers with available property data and shows what is ready, what is missing, and what could delay a sale. It is not legal advice, not a survey, and not a valuation.
- How does this differ from material information for an agent?
- The Pack and Premium tiers include a Material Information readiness summary you can share with your estate agent. The report itself is broader: it surfaces likely buyer questions, conveyancer enquiries, evidence gaps, and a pre-listing action plan.
- When should I prepare?
- Most sellers benefit from preparing before listing. Closing evidence gaps before a buyer or their conveyancer raises them tends to reduce avoidable enquiries and the risk of renegotiation or fall-through.
- Will this satisfy my legal obligations to disclose?
- No. The report is preparation guidance only. Your conveyancer and your estate agent remain responsible for compliance with material information requirements. Use the report as a starting point and discuss with your professional advisors.
- Is the Snapshot really free?
- Yes. The free Snapshot gives an indicative score, the top three preparation gaps, and the top three suggested next actions. The paid tiers add the full questionnaire, sub-scores, recommendations, evidence checklist, action plan, and a downloadable PDF.
- Can I share the report?
- The Pack and Premium tiers include audience-specific share summaries for your estate agent and conveyancer, accessible by a secure link with an expiry. Each tier is a one-time purchase per property.
