For most people buying a home in England and Wales, legal title is not represented by an NFT in a wallet. It is represented through conveyancing, instruments, and HM Land Registry registration for registered land.
An NFT might be interesting for other purposes. It might be a pointer, a collectible, or an internal workflow key. But you should not treat it as a deed unless a solicitor tells you otherwise in your specific context.
What Property Passport UK offers instead
Property Passport Blockchain Verification is framed as identity-first verification linked to a recognised Property Passport record, with admin-controlled issuance and canonical database truth off chain. That is explicitly not the same as “your deed is now an NFT.”
