Upfront property information for conveyancers
Property Passport UK is designed to provide conveyancers with the information they need as early as possible in the transaction, reducing delays caused by missing documentation.
What is available upfront
When a seller has completed their passport, conveyancers can access:
- Title deeds and Land Registry information
- EPC certificate
- Planning history
- Local authority search results (where pre-obtained)
- Building regulations certificates
- Leasehold information pack (where applicable)
Accessing a property as a conveyancer
1. Accept the invitation sent by the seller or agent.
2. The property appears in your Professional dashboard.
3. All available documents are visible in the Documents tab.
4. You can request additional documents via the Messages section.
Adding documents
Conveyancers with Editor access can upload completed search results, reports on title, and other transaction documents directly to the passport.
