Tracking your property purchase
When you are buying a property through Property Passport UK, you can track the transaction in real time.
Getting access
The seller or their agent will invite you to the Property Passport. Once you accept, the property appears in your Watchlist with a Buyer badge.
What you can see
- The current transaction milestone
- Documents the seller has shared with you (EPC, title deeds, searches)
- Your solicitor's progress (if they are also on the platform)
- The property's full history
Raising enquiries
You can submit document requests or questions via the Messages section on the property. These are tracked and linked to the transaction record.
Completion
When the transaction reaches Completion, the passport transfers to you as the new owner.
