Managing photos and media

What to upload

• Exterior photos — front, rear, and garden
• Interior photos — key rooms (kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms)
• Floorplan — a scaled floorplan significantly increases buyer engagement
• Virtual tour — link to an external tour (Matterport, etc.)

Accepted formats

• JPEG, PNG, WebP — up to 20 MB per image
• PDF — for floorplans

How to upload

1. Open the property and go to the Media tab.

2. Click Add media.

3. Select the media type and upload your file.

4. Add a caption if helpful.

Tips for photos

• Use landscape orientation where possible
• Ensure rooms are well lit and tidy
• Include at least one exterior shot in good weather

Setting a cover photo

The first photo in the Media tab is used as the cover image on your passport. Drag and drop to reorder.
