How to upload documents to your Property Passport and which formats are accepted.

Accepted formats
- PDF (recommended for all legal documents)
- JPEG / PNG (photographs of physical documents)
- DOCX (editable documents, converted on upload)
Maximum file size: 25 MB per document.
How to upload
1. Open the property and go to the Documents tab.
2. Click Add document.
3. Select the document category (see below).
4. Choose your file and click Upload.
Document categories
| Category | Examples |

| Title & Ownership | Title deeds, Land Registry entries |
| EPC | Energy Performance Certificate |
| Safety | Gas safety, EICR, fire safety |
| Planning | Planning permissions, building regulations |
| Warranties | NHBC, appliance warranties |
| Legal | Leasehold information, restrictive covenants |
| Other | Anything that does not fit the above |
After upload
The document is attached to the passport. You can control who can view it using the sharing settings.
