The Completion Score explained
The Completion Score is a percentage that measures how complete and useful your Property Passport is.
How it is calculated
Points are awarded for:
| Item | Points |
|---|---|
| Address confirmed with UPRN | 10 |
| Ownership verified | 20 |
| EPC certificate uploaded | 15 |
| At least 3 photos uploaded | 10 |
| Floorplan uploaded | 10 |
| Title deed uploaded | 15 |
| Safety certificates (if landlord) | 10 |
| Published and shared | 10 |
Why it matters
A higher Completion Score means:
- Buyers and tenants see a more complete picture before enquiring
- Conveyancers have the information they need upfront
- Transactions are less likely to be delayed by missing documents
How to improve it
Use the Build Your Passport wizard from the property page. It guides you through each step in the right order.
