Property Passports
What is a Property Passport?
Understanding the Property Passport concept and what it includes.
What is a Property Passport?
A Property Passport is a permanent digital record for a specific property. It persists across ownership changes, meaning every new owner inherits the history built by previous owners.
The Passport contains
- Overview — address, UPRN, property type, tenure
- Ownership — verified ownership history
- Documents — legal and compliance documents
- Media — photographs, floorplans, tours
- Data — EPC, flood risk, planning, broadband
- History — a chronological log of all changes
The Completion Score
The Completion Score (shown as a percentage) reflects how complete and up-to-date the passport is. A higher score indicates a more transparent and transaction-ready property.
Sharing
You can share a passport — or specific sections of it — with buyers, tenants, agents, or conveyancers. Each share can be set to Viewer (read-only) or Editor (can contribute documents).
