Sharing your Property Passport
You can share your Property Passport with anyone — buyers, tenants, solicitors, surveyors — without giving them an account.
Share options
- Viewer access — the recipient can view all published sections
- Editor access — the recipient can also contribute documents (useful for conveyancers)
- Public link — a shareable URL that anyone with the link can view
How to share
1. Open the property and click Share.
2. Enter the recipient's email address or copy the public link.
3. Choose an access level and an optional expiry date.
4. Click Send invitation.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Stakeholders section of the property.
