Getting started as a conveyancer

Being invited to a transaction

You will receive an email invitation from the seller, buyer, or agent. Click the link to join the transaction. If you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one — it takes under two minutes.

Your professional dashboard

Your dashboard shows all active and recently completed transactions. Each property card shows:

• The current milestone
• Outstanding document requests
• Messages requiring your response

Accessing property documents

All documents the seller or agent has uploaded are available in the Documents tab. You can filter by category and download individual files or a full pack.

Raising enquiries

Use the Messages section to raise enquiries. These are linked to the property record and visible to all authorised parties.

Uploading your documents

With Editor access, you can upload search results, reports on title, and completion statements directly to the passport.
