Getting started as an estate agent
Your professional dashboard
As an agent, your dashboard shows all properties you are managing, organised by status (listed, under offer, sold, to let, let agreed).
Adding a property
1. From your dashboard, click Add property.
2. Search for the property by address or UPRN.
3. If the property does not have a passport, you can create one.
4. Add yourself as the Agent stakeholder.
Managing client passports
You can complete and maintain passports on behalf of your clients. Owners retain control and can see everything you do.
Sharing with buyers
From any property, click Share to send a passport link to a prospective buyer. You can set an expiry date and revoke access at any time.
Reporting
Your dashboard includes a summary of listing completeness, outstanding tasks, and transaction milestones across your portfolio.
